First make sure you have followed the tips and written to customer services. But what do you do if you don’t get a reply or you aren’t happy with the one you got? You contact the CEO. The CEO may not reply to you personally (although some of the good ones will – I’ve had many do so) but it will at the very least get passed down to a different team to customer services. Unless the complaint is very serious always go to customer services first because if you don’t, the CEO will just pass it down to them and then if you aren’t satisfied you have nowhere to go.
